We have been trying to conceive now for 8 months after our first pregnancy ended in early miscarriage October 07. I have always had the "Perfect" cycle of 28 days and never took birth control. I have been charting my temperatures now for the past few months after reading "Taking charge of your Fertility", which I highly recommend for understanding both how to conceive and how to practice Natural Family Planning without using Birth Control.
