My name is Kate and I am pleased to say my husband and I are proud parents. After trying for 10 months I gave birth to Summer Marie March 6, 2008. She is a beautiful addition to our family. I am a 7th grade science teacher in public school. I enjoy teaching but it is very stressful. I recently lost baby #2 at 12 weeks (empty gestational sac). We named her Patricia because I believe my Father-in-Law Pat took our angel baby to be his little girl up in heaven. He always wanted a little girl. I hope to loose weight now and start ttc #3 in June 2009. I love to talk to new people leave me a message if you have a chance =)

Hi Kate!  I'm also a teacher (I blanked on originality when choosing my username!) and we've been TTC for 8 months.  I often wonder if the stress of teaching has a negative effect - part of me is expecting conception to happen during the summer break!  Best of luck to you!

They said they make their first appointment at 10 weeks. So that is when they are going to have me come in. So time to wait 6 weeks till the appointment.
