| MY FAVORITE THINGS |
My sons, a good story - whether it's in book,
movie or television format, I don't care as long
as it's a good story. The smell of rain and
freshly mowed grass. My dogs, my parrot and our
new addition, Rambo the attack hamster.

| HOBBIES |
Writing, reading, swimming, music, sewing, playing
on the net and spending time with my son. I have
very little time for hobbies these days anyway

| ABOUT ME |
I'm a 32 year old WAHM, with a big mouth and a
tendency to say things the way they are. I blame
my dad, he always said why call it an apple when
it's a pear? I have a bit of a mouth on me, and a
very odd sense of humour, but deep down I'm a big
old softy.
I am blessed with the most adorable son, who never
sits still and hardly sleeps. I thank God for him
every day. He's my world and I never knew I could
love one tiny human being this much. The journey
began when I was 22, and we lost 3 babies in less
than 2 years. After that, I didn't conceive again
for no known reason. We had already contacted the
adoption agency, when we found out Tristan's on
his way :). TTC #2, and really hoping it doesn't
take another 7 years.
** Update 18 April 2009: We have decided to stop
TTC. My life has taken a different turn, one I
didn't expect. While I would still LOVE to have
just one more baby, I think it's time to stop
obsessing. It was too hard the first time and it's
too hard now. I'm not unhappy about where we are
right now... and if it happens, I'll be over the
moon - if it doesn't, then I think it'll be okay.
I think I'll be fine :)
** Update 02 August 2009: The break did me the
world of good. BFP on 01 Aug. 2009... stick bean,
stick!
** First EDD 15 April 2010... after ultrasound new
EDD 13 April 2010
** Dean was born on 6 April at 06:51 weighing 5
lbs 6 oz. via cesarean. He is truly a blessing,
and I thank God every minute of every day for
giving me two perfect, healthy children!
