30 weeks! Holy Crap!!!!! I can't believe it! How are you doing girl? Hey I finally got my blood work done, I posted a blog about it but at 5 weeks exactly, my Beta was 1,393!! I have never had betas go over like 200 so this is very exciting! and I feel very pregnant! So thats even more exciting!!!!

Oh MY! I can't believe you are 28 weeks already!!!!! How are you? I am doing well, nearing the end of yet another TWW. I am hoping for a Xmas BFP! I'll let you know. I am actually only going to be 10 DPO on Xmas, but I am going to give it a shot anyways!!! Maybe it'll bring me luck!!!! So whats new with you?? Are you getting ready? Did you ever find out the sex of the baby? I have really only been on here for quick visits lately cause I am so swamped at work and generally dont have time in the evenings. Let me know!!!

I know what you mean as far as being home alone all the time! My DH is working a second job right now with an ambulance company so we can pay off our credit card and i can stay home for a few months when Preston gets here. He worked every single day this month except for the 13th and the 24th. He works the FD on x mas but i usually go down to the station and hangout with them so i can at least see him! It sucks now, but it will be over soon!

To change your profile you just go to MY ACCOUNT at the top and click the SETTINGS tab. Then go to DESIGN MY PROFILE andthe first option lets you change your background. i found that one just on google images and you save it and browse for it when you get to that page. I just click around with the colors til i find something i like i dont really know what color is going where when i do it! :)

oh wow i think Preston has some extra weight that Chandler can have lol! he has been way over the norm..he is already over 3lbs! I know what you mean about the stress, but like i said, it will all work itself out somehow.

We dont have a volunteer FD in our area but you can do things called Explorers (just YOU are a volunteer lol) and you get to ride along and learn stuff. Thats how my DH started out. He started explorers when he was about 17 and got to know a lot of people. Then he just tested any and everywhere and got hired on at about 19 so he got really lucky. i dont know how it is there, but here, its all about who you know. its the only thing that will make you stand out in a crowd of 1,000s of people testing for 20 spots! Tell DH to see if they have a program like that where he can go on ride alongs maybe on weekends or a couple hours a few times a week to get his foot in the door. Thats always our best advice for anyone looking to get in! Otherwise, it can take years to get on. Good luck and let me know if you need anything else im happy to help a fellow preggie! hehe
