Well ladies, after 7 miscarriages, ruptured membranes at 27 weeks 3 days and placental abruption at 28 weeks 4 days, I can finally say I am a mommy to a healthy baby boy who was born on January 1st 2010 at 9:10 pm. His name is Isaac Michael and he weighed a whopping 2 lbs 8 oz and was 15 and 1/4 inches long. Its been a long journey and his time in the NICU will be longer still but I am FINALLY a MOMMY! Never ever ever give up hope ladies, if it can happen for me, it can happen for anyone!

Thank you for my 24 week celebration! lol I have been holding my breath and will probably continue to hold it for a while! It still doesn't seem real! I feel so blessed! I love the Fall pictures of the kids!

Can you believe it?! I just stopped pumping milk for Andrew at the end of Sept and I had been weaning for a couple of weeks before that. I actually O'd on my own on Sept 19, I had EWCM and some O pains. DH and I had BD'd several days before that. I didn't even think about pregnancy I was just happy that my body was working properly and was excited to think I wouldn't have all the complications of messed up cycles,constant spotting, etc. When AF didn't show up 14 days later I just thought it was because of the change in hormones from not lactating. But I wanted to make sure because I'm really hardcore dieting. My heart stopped beating when I saw 2 lines on the $ test!!!!!! I can't wait to go to the Dr next Wed and make sure everything is ok. I guess when you experience infertility/repeated losses you always have nagging negative thoughts in the back of your head. What a gorgeous little miracle Isaac is!!! I just noticed his BDay on your page, was he the 1st baby delivered at your hospital for the New Year?

Hey there! Wow, I didn't realize our babies were born so close together! How cute. Yeah, it'd be pretty cool if we both had baby #2 around the same time too. :) lol! It is going by so fast! Connor just started crawling and pulling up on things. Growing so fast! How's your little guy?
