Blog Entry: what i ate today. breakfast: 7:45am - 2 cups oatmeal, 1 slice jelly roll early lunch: 10:30am - about 2 cups rice, crab omelette, pork leg in soy sauce (chinese style) dessert: pineapple slices, 1 jelly roll snack: 4 pm- 2 pcs crackers 2nd snack after work out: 7:45pm - 1 slice jelly roll dinner: 8:20pm- 1 cup beef broth soup, 2 pcs chicken wing in soy sauce (chinese style), and crab omelette. im preparing my stuff for my weekend getaway with hubby and db. goodnight ladies
