Blog Entry: Okay so today is day ONE of my infertility "Homework". Dr. Nulsen told me I have to limit my coffee intake to one 8 oz cup a day. Oh man! I think I am gonna die! And of course he told me I need to quit smoking no matter how social I think it is.......................its not good for my fertility. This of course I knew but I was hoping that part of my history slipped his mind. Sadly it didn't! But hey! On the bright side I have only been casually smoking for a few months now and it really should not be that hard to quit.? But 8 oz of coffee a day? Ugh! Now thats gonna be the tough part! Wish me luck ladies! Or should I say wish Dh good luck! He is going to have to deal with me on Clomid, coffeeless and ciggieless! Yikes! Good luck Gary!
