Title: I have a UTI

Blog Entry: Okay so heres what happened, since our honeymoon a month ago I have had sharp pains in my lower abdomen, REALLY frequent annoying trips to the bathroom and pain in my back, not to mention a low fever. I kept just telling myself that the pains were something else and that I was just drinking too much fluids so I just ignored it. But yeah after I saw that I have had a temp of 100-101 for the last 8 days I knew something was up. So I started looking up my symptoms on the internet and I had all the symptoms of a UTI and I was like Greaaaat! so DH and I ran to walmart at 6am this morning and bought a AZO unirary tract infection test kit. I used my FMU to test and I dipped it in and BAM : Nitrate: Negative Leukocytes:so purple that it wasn't even funny. which meant that it was positive for 500+++ If you don't know already Leukocytes are white blood cells and if they are in your urine it is usually because they are present to fight off infectiion. So I took another one and the same thing happened. we ended up going to prompt care to see a doctor and yeah I have them in my urine. So I am on Antibiotics for 5 days. I feel like ???. I don't know does this count as a reason as maybe why I ovulated so late or maybe didn't at all? I just kinda am hoping deep down that I really am out this month because safefetus.com says these antibiotics arent that great for pregnancy. But also I'd just like to add that I secretly had fun POAS those UTI tests, yeah I am sick in the head. but yeah its too late for OPTS and too early for HPTs soo...yeah I need help. Ugh I better go rest and drink my cranberry juice.
