I am so sorry to hear about your grandma. I know how u feel my mom passed away 4yrs ago and i'm still lost. pray alot a whole lot. remember the good times and always what she has told u in order to live a happy healthy life. If u ever need to talk just drop a line i'm here. I will be checking on u from time to time . god bless u always.

I'm ok, AF came yesterday and I was ok at first then reality set in and I became depressed. Trying to decide if i'm going to jump back in or take a few months off. Good luck 2 u.
