MY STORY: I stopped ovulating on my own May of 2007 for an unknown reason. I personally think it was stress :( Started the clomid journey August of 2007. So technically we have been trying to conceive #1 since then. My husband, Adam, is 34 & I am 32. OUR STORY: Adam & I met when I was 15 years old. He was dating my best friend. After a couple of months they broke up. I really wanted to date him but because of the "friend code" we never did. After countless nights of telling each other how much we wanted to be together, i could not do that to my friend. We saw each other again 10 years later at his 10 year high school reunion...still not the right time. I was with my first husband & couldn't keep my eyes off Adam the whole time!!! Nearly 16 years after first meeting, Adam found me on MySpace. We emailed back & forth & exchanged a few text messages. Around Christmas of 2006, a few of us met up one night. He was with the girl he was newly dating & I was by myself. The attraction was still there!!! We could not stop staring at each other! I went home thinking, G-d I wish he was available. A week or so later, he called & we talked for hours! We finally went out on our first date, 16 years in the making!!! We just got married December 1st, 2007. A few months prior to us meeting, I made a list of all the qualities I wanted in a companion. Including all the "would be nice if but not a deal breaker if nots..." I burned that list & sent it into the universe & prayed for G-d to put someone in my life. He is everything on that list & everything I have ever dreamed of. He truly is the love of my life...just was never our time until now!
