I love to read & watch movies. Right now I am addicted to Harry Potter & the TV show HOUSE.

I love to read & do cross-stitch or work on puzzles & solve mystery computer games.

I like just about any kind of music (except rap) but I would have to say my favorite is probably country. I like a lot of artists, especially the great oldies like Willie Nelson & Johnny Cash (strange i know). My husband graduated fromteh same school as Brad Paisley...too bad he was a few years younger & never met him!

I am 32 & my husband is 31. We had been TTC for 9 years before we were blessed with a BFP! When we first started TTC the doctors told me my thyroid was out of whack & once it stabilized AF would come & I would get a BFP. Well after a while I went back & they told me I had PCOS & put me on metformin. I was told that this would bring on AF & cause me to ovulate. Still nothing (not even AF). The military doctors (DH was in the army at the time) kept telling me that once the thyroid was normal the PCOS would go away. Then it was once the PCOS was under control the thyroid would be normal.....This went on for about 4 years before we finally tried IVF for the first time. Well I didn't respond well to the drugs & if it weren't for the fact that my hubby was leaving the army in a month & this was our only chance to do IVf, they would have cancelled the cycle. Needless to say, it didn't work. After a failed adoption, & failed IVF we waited another couple of years before trying again. This time we had an excellent RE who actually knew what he was doing. It took 9 long years to get a BFP, but we finally greeted our daughter on April 10, 2007.

Thankyou for the emcouragement Laurie.  I hope it doesn't take me 9 years with a doctor too!  My DH and I would prolly just give up after 5 years.  We do want a baby.  It's confusing.  I hope my doctors know what they are doing.  I'm soo happy that you had a daughter thou, please tell me that after her you had AFs.  My mother was all out of whack too, she has a thyroid problem, so does my aunt but the doctors say that's not the case with me.  Thou because of the family history they are watching me.  My other hope is that my mom had me when she was 18, my other sister at 22 and the last at 35.  So mom had one in every decade of her life 'til she was 40.  Do you think you'll try for anymore?
