ABOUT ME
Hello,I'm pregnat with my second child. I've been married to my husband for 12 years and we have one 11 year old son together. I'm a teacher and work with young children with developmental disabilities. Within in the past three years I've had one miscarriage and one preterm birth (a baby girl), so I'm praying that I make it through this pregnancy without any complications. I'm due Sept.6, 2010. I practiced Shettles Gender Selection method for four months before receiving my BFP, and hoped for a girl. However according to the www.tellmepinkorblue.com genetic gender test I'm having another boy, but I know he'll be a blessing too. I'd love to talkto others who are due near Sept, as well. hey!  your bedding sounds adorable.  We went with a bedding from babies r us too.  Its blue, green and white and has cars, boats and airplanes on it.  I love it :)  time is flying by- -cant believe you are 31 weeks!  Your little boys will be here before we know it :)

Noooooooo :( lol I haven't been yet and I'm soo ready to go.  I have to more weeks til my appointment on the 14th.  It still seems so far away.  But it'll be here soon.  It's in the morning so I happy about that.  I always get the morning appt so I can now early as possible what's going on!!!!   How are you feeling?!  Are you still seeing your doc on regular basis or more frequent?

hey!  Yes things are going well.  How are you?  Time is flying by isnt it?!  have you picked out bedding for your little boy?  Thats great you are out of work for the summer.  enjoy it! School year ends for me the end of June and then I start summer session till Aug 5 so that will be my last day of work.  Im not going back in Sept. and I cant go back till Feb. My district only lets you come back in sept and feb.  well hope you are enjoying the weekend!

Thanks for checking in on me.  So far I'm doing good.  I've had some nausea, but thats about it.  How are things going with?  I'm hoping for another girl, but a healthy baby is what's really wanted.  I don't know how I'll feel if I'm told it's a boy.  Probably a little disappointed at first (to be honest) but I know I'll love him either way.  But I hope to go to term as well.  So we'll see and hope for the best.

no prob...im happy someone feels the same way i do....im sure after your lil man is here youll feel alil better but im sure the desire for a daughter will not totally go away...but good luck with eveything

I am doing alright. I think this one is going to last :) I go in on Monday for my first prenatal! I am so excited! I hope we can hear the heartbeat then. I will be anywhere from 9-11 weeks.

I know the peace with it will come.  It is quite a shock when you first hear it.  When I found out 2nd daughter was a girl, i layed there and cried during my ultrasound.  My best friend was there with me and she said "You will still love her Kim", and I knew that I would. It was just such a shock.  But now, I wouldn't go back and do it any differently if I could.   It will just take a little time to make the adjustment in your head. Hang in there!!  God bless you!!

hey!  how are you doing?  Did you confirm the sex of the baby?  I see on top it says you are having a boy but the last blog you had they thought girl.  I go for my gender scan and level 2 u/s on monday.  I cant believe its almost here.  how are you feeling?  I didnt feel well this week.  my stomach was bothering me and Im having some round ligament pains.  hope you are well!
