Hey there, sorry it took a minute for me to get back to ya on the VBAC..

Well...for my second, which was my VBAC, i had no birth plan..I simply took it easy. lots of prayer and focus for pain, my first was just an emergency c section, so I had no complications that concerned myself or docs to try for the VBAC..

I mediatate regulary..so meditation and breathing techniques worked for the pain.. I had no pain medication and basically did a lot of focus. and mindful strategies...after about 6 hours i got an epidural,as it was getting to painful for me and i just totally progressed on my own I think that NOT being in pain...and tensing my body up helped for a smooth VBAC. I delivered about  5 hours after the epidural was administered so at that time it was wearing off..which was a good thing I think, because I did better pushing...like 40 mins only.....it was totally worth it.. far less painful than the c section and i was up and at em about a day later...just a bit sore from my 9 13 baby.  I really wish you the best and hope that you are able to achieve the VBAC. It is a wonderful experience... My only suggestion is to hold your ground, many doctors find it easier to just conduct another Csection...Thats major surgery...If you had no complication other that an emergency with your first, i would talk to your doc and share with them the importance of you trying for the VBAC. I will pray for you.

It's amazing how fast pregnancy goes! I'm glad you are doing well, good to hear. I'm doing good, may be pregnant again and I just had Rowan 12 weeks ago! Just waiting patiently to test again.

thank you kelly!!!! i am super excited and so is dh after this mornings test, but im trying to keep my feet on the ground untill i see the docs!! i cant wait...ff says my edd is 11/30... just to imagine a little blessing in my arms brings tears to my eyes!! thanks for all your encouragement and prayers!! cant wait to see little miss jade! 9 more weeks!!
