I'm taking metformin to help me lose the weight, im also insulin resistant... ive only been on it for a couple weeks but i cannot lose the weight, its so frustrating

Hey,

 I went to the doctors the other day for an ultrasound and I was told that I was "absolutely not pregnant." So, I'm not really planning on testing.
