The kids that fulfill my life at this time...they are Deja, Malinki, Monty (cats), Kilo (dog), Flinger (tarantula), Petey, Dodge, and Mac (snakes). I'm also big on music...must always have some playing!

I have no time for hobbies...too much work and fixing up the new house....maybe those are my hobbies since I enjoy them both.

Hi, people! My name is Mikki. I'm 31 and have been with my husband for over 3 years...2 of those years have been spent trying to make a baby. We had a hectic year so far involving a car accident and then buying a house so i'm sure stress is playing a factor. I recently realized that I have reached a new level frustration with this because I offered my husband a divorce if i'm not able to give him a child...it's not that I don't love him...I just love him so much that I want him to be happy and if having a child is what will make him happy and I can't produce that then it would be selfish of me to hold him back. I've been working with my doctors to get me in a fertility specialist or program but that seems to be a pain in the ass...they want $400 just to test my hubby's sperm and that's with our insurance. Abundant pregnancies run in both of our families so I just don't know why we're having problems. Maybe there's some greater power trying to tell us that we should have kids now or at all. The weird thing is, I just get the feeling that it's never going to happen. When I see myself as an old woman, my life doesn't include kids and grandkids. But dammit...we just want 1 child!!! How is this too much to ask for???
