I had quite a few symptoms, if you want to check out my blog "sxs" it has them all there. I had some crazy ones!  The big one that made me wonder was this terrible crushing heartburn which I'd never had before!

Thank you.  Yes we are neck in neck, so let me know how you make out!  I took a hpt this am, I am mad at myself because I thought last night, "don't do it yet, it will be a bfn, and you'll be discouraged!" But I did it anyways, and it was.  I just have to practice patience.  Of course it doesn't help that last night my sister gave us her crib and changing table which my DH and I set up in the future nursery last night...talk about pressure!!  Oh well, we must wait now.  Hang in there!!

Oh I know.. I'll have no problem letting go of it once I'm pregnant... its this time when I might or might not be pregnant. My boss has already said that she doesn't want me going to surgery, but I still feel bad, ya know?  Oh well... hopefully it'll just happen this month so I won't have to go on feeling guilty.  Haha...

Yeah, I do some volunteering... I am the Volunteer Coordinator for a place called Hope House.  Its a Christian-based home for pregnant and parenting teen mothers.  Kinda ironic, isn't it?  Me, having trouble getting pregnant, working with teenage girls with hyper-fertile uteruses (maybe uteri?? haha).  But I enjoy it... at least when I'm able to get volunteers lined up!  When I have a lot of gaps in the schedule is when I tend to have mini meltdowns.  I did notice how I automatically had a big meltdown yesterday after being asked to see if we could get extra coverage for the weekend... it really wasn't that big of a deal, but boy did I let it out!  Haha...

Anyway, kmp when you test!!

Argh!  I hate being at work during the tww!  I hate hate hate asking another tech to go to surgery for me... but I feel like I actually have a fighting chance this month and don't want to screw that up.  But then, if I find out I'm not pregnant, I feel like an ass...

How are you doing?  I'm 7 DPO today... just might wait until next Thursday to test... that'll make me 14 DPO.  We'll see... Are you going to be testing anytime soon?

Awesome page, I love it!!   Thanks for your comment, it is really a shock to see how heartless and thoughtless people can be. Looks like you're testing soon, good luck!!!!!!   :)

Hi Andrea. Thanks for the comment on my blog. I guess people don't say things purposely, perhaps they mean good. But since we're already frustrated as it is, their "caring" comments can be just too much to handle.

I've been reading your "About Me" section. So it's been like a 3-month TTC journey for you so far. I really hope you have a short and pleasant TTC journey. Nine more days before you test...hope it's a BFP. Keep us posted.

Sending truck loads of baby dust your way!

Hi there!  Just stopping by to see how you're doing... anything new and exciting?  Hope you're doing well!  I finally O'd today... had a positive opk last night and a BLAZING positive opk this morning, then felt a lot of lower right abd cramping this morning... So, I definitely think I O'd... how are you doing?  Have you figured out your dilemma with your O?  Good luck and sending lots of babydust your way!

That's good that you have understanding co-workers.  I used to work on the evening shift and the people I worked with were a little nutty (I refer to them as Scary Larry and Crazy Arlene), and I know they wouldn't have been as supportive or understanding.  The lady, Arlene, was in her 60's and would get all worked up and REFUSE to hold for a baby x-ray.  That was always a frustrating thing.  But luckily, my co-workers here are much more supportive.

But don't worry about your friend... its good to have people like that because you know that when its her in the same position, you'll do the same for her.  I would always do whatever I could for pregnant techs so they wouldn't have to worry about holding or anything like that because I knew that they would do the same for me when I'm there myself, ya know?

Anyway, its good to have a fellow x-ray tech on here!  Someone who knows what its like to be TTC and working in x-ray!

Babydust to you!

Thank you. I have been praying that God would help me be a good example for those around me. I know without a doubt He lead me to this site for a reason. I pray every day for all of these girls, you will be included.

Hey that's good to know!  I'll tell ya, its frustrating being an x-ray tech and TTC.  Do you work in a hospital where you have to do fluoro and surgery and all that or in an outpatient clinic?  I recently transfered from the hospital over to the outpatient clinic, and it's been good for me because my boss there has been very understanding about it.  She won't let me go to surgery (there's an outpatient surgery clinic there... lots of back injections) or hold for kids' xrays.  I feel bad about it, but she's told me not to worry... she really wants me to get pregnant!  How long have you been an xray tech?  Where do you work at?

welcome!!!  hope you find as much support, information, and encouragement as I've found here!
