Our story - DH and I are tring to conceive #1. May 08 -BFP first go!July 08- miscarriage:-( 2009: July - September 2 bad SAs for DH (poor morphology), a round of chinese herbs later and one great SA reading!! Spet 09 - Lap/ HSG/ Biopsy/ dye insufflation for moi - nothing suspect. October 09 - back at it!! Here's to a hopeful 'unassisted' BFP before embarking on IVF in early 2009!!! JAN 2010 UPDATE*** Narrowly escaped IVF payments and am PREGGO..and in shock! Praying for sticky vibes!!!

Thank you so much for the comment you left on my blog this morning. I got it just as I was gettiung in the car tgo leave for the 3 hour drive to Jax. I really needed some encopuragement. I feel like it will be alright now. I have had a little spell just now and dh made me feel a little better too. It just seems so final to know if this is not it than. We won't be doing anything for a while. How are you doing this cycle? Are you testiung soon or gonna wait it out. I am terrible about waiting.

I hear you on the IVF info. . . as soon as DH has open enrollment for his health insurance, I'm getting in on that. He has FULL fertility coverage. I have nothing! RATS!

The only reason I am on clomid before ivf is because I only have one working fallopean tube. Clomid can help produce follicles on both ovaries. I need to ovulate on the side with the good tube. My doctor told mew that I have a slim chance of it working but its worth a shot. Clomid is basically beneficial to women who can not ovulate on their own. I can ovulate on my own but we want to try for multiple follicles to give us a better chance. Let me know if you have any other questions. How have you been?

According to my doc he says the shortest the lp should be is 14 days and if its any shorter then you may not have time to implant. I am just hoping that this works and fixes whatever the problem is. I researched specialists for a bit before I chose one and he was supposed to be in the top 10 in the country but that may just mean he costs more.

Hey how have you been?? Did I tell you that I have to have another lap?? I really dont want to go through all that pain again!!!! My surgery is set for the week of christmas.  I will start my testing for ivf the cycle following my surgery.  Did you O yet?

I had my lap surgery on tuesday.  They had to remove alot of scar tissue off of my tubes.  It turns out that one tube was completely blocked and they told me that my chances of conceiving on that side would be very low.  On my other tube though, they told me that i have about a 70% chance of conceiving.  I am in alot of pain and am having alot of bleeding right now from the scar tissue.  How did yours go??
