My favorite things in life right now involve my husband and our animal family, friends and his family on the Coast. Everything else just makes the party all that more fun.

With having dogs, walking has become one of my favorite hobbies; along with, traveling, swimming, and having game night with my husband and our friends and family when they come to visit.

Music is great for the mind, body and soul and I tend to lean towards anything; however, listening to people screaming in their songs or swearing every other word isn't that pleasing to my ears or mind.

It took us a year, several doctor appointments, blood panels, being told to just keep trying, having our concerns ignored, using a bbt, opk, bding every day only to find a doctor on a message board tell us to try preseed before we finally got our bfp on April 16th. 1 week after af was due, and 1 week after my husband's 25th birthday we were relieved that someone listened to us, and gave us really useful advice. Not only have we been blessed with our miracle baby, but we were more fortunate other couples who have had to go on to taking the shots, and doing IVF, and IUI's. We don't take our luck or blessings for granted because we know that when it comes to deciding when to give our little girl a baby brother or sister we may not be so lucky. We are here as a couple, as a family to provide tons of support, a shoulder to lean on and friendship to any couple ttc. To the majority of us, getting pregnant doesn't come easily, it's not an accident and takes at least a year. And in that year(s) it's the toughest and usually loneliest times in our lives. We want everyone having trouble out there, to know our story, and know we were there at one point. To those of you who went on in to more serious fertility treatment, we want to know your story. We want to be prepared in the case that we aren't so lucky next time. And we want to be prepared so that we can help any of our friends out who have to go further then what we had to.
