I'm Emily (27) and DH (35) and I have been TTC #1 since January 2007. We live in Christchurch, New Zealand, although I'm an Aussie. We have been together 5 years and married since January, 2006. In June 2008 I saw a gynaecologist who suspected I have endo. In August 2008 had surgery which found and removed Stage 3 endo. We have 4 furbabies: Lilly, Carmen, Zack and Zoe Lilly Carmen Zack Zoe

Hi there, Thought I'd write as we seem to be in the same boat.

Any luck yet?

Just thought I'd drop and see how you're doing.  I see it's coming up for testing time soon.  So hopefully when I get back from my hols you'll have some good news to share!

As for me, AF is now 6 days late but with my wacky cycle this month, who knows.  Knowing my luck she'll appear when I'm wearing my white bikini.  I have all the luck!!  LOL

I noticed you peeking!!  LOL  How goes things?

I've not been here as religiously these past few days.  Just needed a bit of me time and chilling time with DH.  Just not feeling as chatty as normal..  Can't wait till we go away.  YES!!  Just over a week to go now!!  Woohoo!

Today was definitely my last stick as I was still on low!!   So no more testing now until the next cycle.  I can count myself out this month but not to worry as DH can use this time to rest as I'll be onhim (like he's never been jumped!!  LOL) next month.

You make sure DH gives you his contribution this month!

Holidays are the ideal time to get pregnant because you're away from the every day stress and chaos.  You're chilled back and relaxed and don't have a care in the world.  I guess it's not the same if you're staying at your parents though!!!  LOL

I'm going to carry on testing (as everyone suggested) and continue BD every other day. GL to you this cycle...  xx

For the past 6 cycles O day has been CD12 and so I'm 3 days late now.  The FM detects changes in estrogen and LH with the FMU.  After AF it will ask you to pee on these sticks and you insert it into the FM and it will tell you what your fertility level is - low, high and peak.  The fact I'm still low at this stage is making me think I'm not going to O this month.  Never mind, I'm not going to let it get to me...  xx

I'm still waiting to O but kinda resigned to the fact I could be having an anovulatory this cycle as I'm still registering as low on my FM but we're still everyother day and for some reason that has kinda taken the pressure off and doesn't feel as if it's a chore.  The passed cycles we've been basically doing it for 4 or 5 days straight so this every other day is kinda fun!

Thanks for asking after Keoni.  Today was actually the first day he went into nursery without crying but it may have something to do with the fact that he knows he's not going tomorrow!!  LOL  But I know he settles in after a couple of minutes crying anyways.  My little baby is now a big boy now... another era!  *sigh*

I'd count the first day of actual bleeding (not brown) as CD1.  The brown blood was what they class as 'old blood'.

I think writing blogs will help relieve the stress and other emotions related to this rollercoaster.  I'll read them (if nobody else does!!  LOL)  It's just a good way of getting things off your chest without having to literally strangle someone!!

Cool background!!  I see you've been working on your page!!!  LOL

Don't let the lack of sxs dishearten you each cycle, Emily as it doesn't really mean anything.  I've had cycles when I've had every possible sxs and then, other cycles when I've had nothing whatsoever.  And all have resulted in a BFN!!

Even though you're laying low this cycle, pop in when you can and kmp even if it's nothing to do with TTC!

I'm still waiting to O!!!  And that's very strange because normally by now (in all my 6 cycles) I've got my peak but I'm still on low at the moment.  So I guess I'm either having an annovulatory or just O late this month!!!  So much for taking the relaxed approach!!!  LOL
