I am 36 years old and my DH-Chris is 40. We got married 4/11/2005. I had went off of birth control Jan 2005. We practiced, but didn't prevent before the wedding. Once we married, we started ttc. Then we found out Chris has a small mass on his pituatary gland, which effects all his hormones. The endroconologist prescribed Androgel-which definetly helps....but has killed all his sperm. We started at our RE in October 2006. We did lots of tests, then they told Chris he need to discontinue his Androgel; which we replaced with shots...he recieved bravelle 3 days a week and hcg 2 days a week. It worked his count increased dramatically. We did a natural IUI cycle August-BFN, clomid and trigger shot IUI in September-BFN; and clomid with trigger shot IUI in October-BFN; Now we are just trying. We are talking of moving on to adoption first of the year. But at this time, we are having fun ttc, and taking care of ourselves to get ourselves back in shape.
