Hi everyone, My name is Nermeen, you can call me "Nina". I'm a 24 yr old Stay at home wife TTC #1. I have never been pregnant before. I have been trying for 5 1/2 yrs just started seeing a doctor recently to fix whatever problem I have. Until now, all tests came back normal, so we're trying an R.E. next and we'll see what happens. Baby dust to all and God bless.
Here are my Fertility Journey/Results so far:
  • HSG 7/16/08 (+)
  • Prolactin 14.4 8/20/08 (+)
  • TSH 1.34 8/20/08 (+)
  • Progesterone 7DPO 6.6 9/04/08 (-)
  • FSH- CD3 4.7 9/12/08 (+)
  • LH- CD3 4.3 9/12/08 (+)
  • Estradiol- CD3 51 9/12/08 (+)
  • Progesterone- 7DPO 41 10/01/08 (+)
  • 2 Clomid Cycles 50mg BFN
  • Diagnostic Lap/Hysteroscopy- 11/17/08 - Everything Normal and looking good. Got the official DX of "unexplained infertility" Or the "Only God knows" diagnosis.
  • Doing IUI+ 150iu Gonal-F + Ovidrel in December

Hey im not sure about ob/gyns but my dr - hes a RE- did a bunch of bloodwork when i first went there. hiv, hepititis, all hormones, blood panel and genetic testing. (cystic fibrosis, md and a bunch of other diseases that i can be a possible carrier for) Yes seems like alot of tests-- it is !! I had 16 vials of blood drawn just to see if im healthy. Spoke to dr she said if dh is neg carrier we have no problem, if he does we'll pass that road when we get there lol.

hey, no prob. If I HAD to make a decision based on religious beliefs (meaning adoption), i would probally speak to dh about it. If he stongly feels that  how he feels being childless. It seems like u already asked him that question and he feels ur marriage is strong enough to remain childless. Thats what i would do. Children dont MAKE a marriage.. as a couple u make a marriage then u add children to make a family.

Im not sure if thats the answer ur looking for and i hope u find the strength to get thru this really difficult time. I know its sometimes hard to think positive, but please try Good luck hun

 How are you getting along??

I was reading that you went for an ultrasound a while ago. Did you ovulate. I have to go for one next month you see, and I dont know what to expect! Do they tell you there and then or do you have to wait for results??
