HEREIS MY STORY: My husband and I got married
Sept, 1 2007. I am just graduated with my BS
degree in Exercise Physiology. My husband is a
lineman with AT&T. We live in a beautiful home my
husband built and are doing our best to fill it
with little ones! I went off the pill in Nov. 2007
after being on it for 8 yrs (way too long). My
first cycle off BCP, I had a 30 day cycle and AF
and then nothing for 6 months (no ovulation or
AF). Thats when we decided to use fertility drugs.
First DH got a S.A. and he has got great swimmers,
and I had a HSG done and both of my tubes are
OPEN!!! So I started clomid 50 MG at the end of
July, and August 4th(CD 18) EWCM and a Peak on
CBEFM, and + opk!!!
I had to get a D&C on Oct. 1st because of a
"missed miscarriage". The baby just stopped
growing at about 7 wks after we had heard the
heartbeat too. I had no signs or symptoms. I found
out at my 10 wk appointment. It's been
heartbreaking. I changed Dr.'s and I am really
happy. I have polycystic appearing ovaries and
that is why I have ovulation issues and need
Clomid!
BFP Jan 19th. 10 DPO! However it ended in a
chemical pregnancy a week later.
Currently: BFP 3/29/09. Praying that this one
sticks!!! So far so good. My test lines are DARK
and everything seems to be going ok. Progesterone
at 70 at 5 weeks. Saw heartbeat at 7 weeks!!!!
5/19 baby measuring 11 weeks 2 days. Heartbeat
190!
Heartbeat 164 at 15 weeks!!!Everything is going
great!!! Praise the LORD! Our baby BOY is going
great at 16 weeks. All of his organs look great
and he is growing right on schedule!
We had our monthly check up at 19.2 weeks and I am
measuring right where I should be. I've gained
9lbs so far and still can't feel our little one
move because my placenta is on my belly side. My
cervix is long and closed. BP is 100/70 and all of
my blood tests came back. AFP is negative (yeay),
and I passed the early glucose test. Next scan is
7/28 to look at our little man and make sure his
organs are developing! I can't wait to see him!!!
21 week anatomy scan looked great! He is doing
really well and has a strong heartbeat! He is
right on target going into the third trimester!
Colton was born 12/9/09 and weighed 8.2lbs, 21.5
inches long, and his head was 14.75 inches. He was
born vaginally with the help of the vacuum because
his head was so big! He is a very healthy little
boy and growing more and more everyday!!! We are
so blessed to have him!
Cycles started to resume after weaning my son from
nursing. 3 normal cycles and then I didn't ovulate
until CD40 and I assumed we would try but nothing
would come about of it and 8DPO BFP. EDD Dec 19th,
2yrs 10days after my son. YEAY FOR A NATURAL
CYCLE! UPDATE: We're having a healthy baby GIRL!
So excited!!!

Thanksfor checking on me :) I'm doing ok. I haven't been on here a whole lot, as there isn't much going on with me as far as TTC goes right now. I come on occasionally to read through the blogs, but that's about it. I seem to be coming to terms with the fact that I may not have another child, and I'm starting to be ok with that. My heart just isn't in TTC very much right now. I don't like apathey, but I guess in this case it's ok, or else I would be over obsessive about something I have no control of. lol I am truly blessed that I have my son. I know some women never get to even have one child. Soooo two more cycles of TTC left and then I'm on to new ventures! What, I don't know yet :D
