ABOUT ME
My name is Misty. I am 28, married since March 2006 to my 27 year old DH. We have two furbabies: a dog & a cat. Karma is our Australian Shepherd which we rescued from the local pound. He's just past 2 years old. Miss Kitty is our faux Siamese - she looks just like one, but isn't. We live in the Midwest & just bought our first home! We have been TTC since 7/18/06. Good to know you are well. I am ok, but my weekend is not long enough, back to work already tomorrow. Well I am on cd 54 and still no sight of af or a definite bfp...I hate PCOS

That is how I learned how to do the video montage on one true media. I couldn't get the music to work at all and I wanted my own music so I just kept playing around with it. Maybe you can do a new one and get it on your page. I hope you are having a great day.

I know EXACTLY what you mean Misty.

I HATE having to diet, but pcos is very VERY sensitive to weight changes and I know myself that if I have lost a few pounds then AF has shown her face in the past.

I like the sound of the liquid diets and I notice that they give you 100% of all the vitamins and minerals that you need in 500 calories a day....well over here they are very very expensive, so I'm doing my own version of it.

I am going to have kelloggs special K (30 grams) with skimmed milk for breakfast and lunch and then have some chicken with vegetables for dinner. It comes to about 500 cals and with a mulitvitamin I should be getting the majority of what I need.

This is going to be so hard....but I'm desperate to change my relationship with food...and "eating to live" so to speak will hopefully make me forget about food until I am in a better position to start re- introducing different items.

If nothing else then it should give me a good kick start before I re-join weight watchers when I finally see that BFP!!!

Anyway I hope I have been a little bit of help to you.....today is my first day on this restrictive diet......desperate times call for deaperate measures I guess...wish me luck!!!!

Oh, I love your background.  How'd you do that?  Anyhow, thanks for the Congrats!  I go tomorrow for blood work.  I am still kind of in shock, and have to keep POAS in order to believe it!  LOL.  Weird huh?  I am scared and excited at the same time.  I pray that everything works out!

Hi Misty.

I have been taking 500mg twice a day for a year now....and I still don't get regular af. I have noticed though that she comes more regularly when I am on a healthy eating plan. I last had her 16the of may and she has stayed away ever since.

My Doc reckons that met will work a hundred times better if you have a healthy diet.....so I'm gonna give that a shot and see what happenes there....I will keep you informed.

well, i guess i was sort of lucky with it.  i've been O ever since.  Regularly.  What's provera??  I know lots of women that couple Femara with Metformin or Clomid with metformin, and that helps to get them O, too.  How long have you been taking it and how much??
