I am 25 years old, and have been married since
November 2006, to my wonderful husband, Steve who
is 28. We live in a little town about 40 minutes
west of Indianapolis and just started TTC #1 in
December of 2007. I work as an x-ray tech in my
hometown hospital, and also work as a Prenatal
Fitness Instructor. Between the two jobs, I'm gone
for a good 12-14 hours some days, but at least I'm
keeping busy. We've got two dogs, otherwise known
as our kids, Lady and Pepper. They're good at
keeping us busy and on our toes!
As long as I can remember, I've always wanted
babies. I am the youngest of all the grandchildren
(youngest by 8 years), and my cousins started
having babies when I was around 10. I became an
aunt for the first time when I was 15, and now
have 2 beautiful nieces, 9 and 7, and 2 handsome
nephews, 4 and 1. I love them all dearly, but my
sister, brother-in-law and her family (including
my 2 nieces and one nephew) live in South Carolina
and my brother and sister-in-law who have my
youngest nephew live down in Florida. I know the
love that I have for my nieces and nephews tops
any other love I've known, so I can't imagine what
it'll be like to love a baby of my own.
b/cthat would just be awful. oooh have FUN at the Indian's game!!! That sounds like a blast! Eat a hot dog for me--those sound soooo good now (never really liked them all that much before) and I can't eat them! LOL! Now I just am keeping my fingers crossed the doc can find the hb with the doppler in a week and a half. please oh please!!
do you normally spot at this point in your cycle? This COULD be huge! and with the bb soreness... is it normal soreness, or like when you touch them with one finger does it almost sting? This could mean big things!
Otherthan that, I only have 1 week until the u/s so I am SO excited for that! a little nervous but I feel like since nothing bad has happened so far there just might actually be a baby in there! I know that sounds dumb, but I"ve been hesitant to actually believe it and get excited, KWIM? Haven't started the new job hunt yet. I am waiting till after the u/s to make sure everything is all good and then I will start looking. The hard part is I will only be there about 6-7 months so it's hard to figure out what I should do! I really want to be a SAHM until my kids are in preschool so it'd kind of hard now to be motivated to look for a job. Does that make me a bad person? LOL!
