ABOUT ME

Hi everyone! My name is Megan. My DH, Max, and I have been TTC since October. I have had some problems with ovulating so I took clomid for the first time in March. It worked great, I got pg right away! Unfortunately, I had an early miscarriage at 5 weeks. Luckily, it was so early that I did not have to have a D&C or anything like that. on the following cycle, 50mgs of clomid did not work. after a LONG nearly 50 day cycle, I am finally onto a new cycle and waiting to O. I am REALLY hoping that 100mgs of clomid works this time. Wish me luck!
**UPDATE** turns out it worked on the second try! I am pregnant!!
12 DPO: Beta=66 progesterone=38.3
14 DPO: Beta=119
16 DPO: Beta=209
23 DPO: Beta=2886!!!!!
YAY!!!

07/24/2008 14:22:09 CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR BFP!! It's amazing how many women got their ++++ this month so far! Wow.... Although I really appreciate the babydust etc... I just know that AF is coming. I soooo pray she doesn't but all signs point to it. Grrr..... I will know for sure sometime over the next 24-48 hours though. Have a good day, keep doubling those beta numbers!! Hugs!

07/24/2008 11:02:58 hey girl! youve got a great outlook! and youre so right, you cant change a thing. i was there once and in one breath it made me feel helpless, and in the other breath, i knew something just wasnt right and i'm glad everything happened so fast to just get it overwith and done. I think you are TOTALLY fine, you were what..6 away from doubling or somehting?! So good plan, just do your thing at the baby shower and then take care of business later!! Good luck!

I had every weird symptom in the book so if you're ever wondering what's normal and what's not, just ask, I'm on here constantly! :) Thanks for your comment on my story too! Even now, well, especially now that we're so close to having our little guy here, I think about my grandma even more since I know she's the reason Brayden is on his way. Ahhh, and there I go again, tearing up. :) I can't wait to be able to tell him about her, even though it breaks my heart that he'll never get to meet her, he's got his guardian angel who gets to see him every day :) Enjoy your pregnancy!! It goes by way too fast...WAY too fast. You just got your BFP, and in what feels like a week, you'll already be past your first trimester. :)

07/20/2008 20:12:51 Your wedding dress is absoutely stunning!!! I have been ttc since October also, and this month I started my first round of Clomid, trigger shot, and prometrium. I don't test until 7/26 but I pretty much know it is neg. I saw where you have a faint line today for a BFP YEAH.

07/19/2008 11:17:20 Hey there... how's it going?? I see you're 10 DPO... how's that coming along for you? When are you going to test? AF found me yesterday... it wasn't anything surprising, as I expected it, but it still stung. I don't anticipate getting pregnant before my lap in September, so I'm just going to take it easy... still going to be on the clomid, just not going to test unless I become late and not going to use opk's for now. I hope you're doing well... I hope you're feeling a few symptoms! keep me posted... have a great weekend!
