I just read you blog -Find a good lawyer and GRAB THIS OPPORTUNITY!  Wow! 

Every state and province has different adoption laws; read up on yours carefully.  But don't let them disuade you from this gift.  My cousin has adopted two boys - both open adoptions - and she is quite pleased with the situation.  Her experience helped persuade me to go with a known donor (which is pretty much like an open adoption).  There are emotional hurdles, but in the end, it's the child's well-being that is important.

I hope it is only a state thing to!  Have you heard anything new from the lawyer?  We are considering adopting, so if ya have any advise send it this way :)

I hope all is going well for you.  I was reading your blogs, and I am so sorry you went through all of that.  Just to let you know, I had an ectopic in 12/97 and on 6/1998 I was pregnant of my daughter, and also had a boy in 2002! All this with one good tube.. so Good Luck, and never give up!

I just wanted to drop in and give you some moral support.  We've been laying low, since we're taking a "break" this summer (ugh! I hate it!)  It's been sad, but I'm trying to just stay focused on the future.  We're sending you tons of babydust for September - hang in there.  :)

I honesly wish I didnt spend the time, energy or money on IUIs. IVF worked great for me so far. You have to look into your insurance, it is really expensive. I have spent about 40k out of pocket! But it is all worth it if it works. www.ivfconnections.com is a site that I am on a lot. Its free. You need to register and then can read all about it. It is very infrmational!
