Is It Too Early To Take A Test?

Hi All
I have an ovarian laparoscopy cystectomy on Dec 8th and recovered well. I have been trying to get pregnant since the end of December and had a period on the 7th January the one again on the 6th February. We dtd on Monday and around lunch time yesterday i started to get very mild period like pains and also a warm sensation like a period was arriving. Later on yesterday I started to feel very sick and very tired which has continued all through to right now. I also have lower back pain.

Is it possible for implantation so quickly after DTD and then to feel sick and very tired.
I haven't done a test yet as didn't think I could do 1 for 2 weeks. Any advice would be much appreciated.

So you are way to early to test. If you were ovulating at the time, you could have be experiencing the mild cramping of ovulation. 

I would wait at least 10 days before testing :)

Thanks for the reply. I couldnt help myself and did a test anyway and low and behold was dissapointed when it showed negative :( I shall wait to see if i get my period now. Thanks
