Any tips?

Postby 90Kat » Sat Jun 27, 2015 10:07 am

For a reall really bad tooth ache? Two days ago I started getting an on and off dull ache, I assumed (as it is a cavity please don't yell at me, I have very very bad teeth naturally despite my best efforts towards oral care) that it would just kind of go away. But as you've guessed, it hasn't. Infact it woke me up this morning and didn't let me return to sleep. I took Tylenol and my kitty is cuddling
Me for comfort, but neither is really helping the actual tooth ache. Any suggestions?

My OB gave me a letter to give my dentist just in case I needed dental work and I remember the nurse saying something about the lidocaine or novacaine being perfectly safe. I'd leave a message on your OB's answering service about what to do and they should be able to tell you how to proceed. I hope its not too bad and that they can get you in asap.
