X-post in October DDC

It doesn't matter if im sitting, standing or moving sometimes i feel like i cant catch my breath...i am just sitting here at the computer doing nothing and i have to keep taking deep breaths..

I checked my Pulse,my blood pressure and its fine and normal...i remember having this with DS1 but not till like 7-8 months along...

That is something that happens to every pregnant woman because while pregnant you need more oxygen because you are sharing it with baby. But it is also something that is not always noticeable so that might be why you did not know about it with your last pregnancy.

I had that for two or three weeks sometime during the first trimester. It felt like I just couldn't take a deep enough breath, and I had to keep forcing myself to yawn. It was really weird. It went away after a while though.

I didn't have that until I was in my third trimester with DS, for obvious reasons. Haven't had it yet, but that makes sense.

I've had this since i got my BFP pretty much. I've read it very common and it's because of all the extra oxygen we need. When i walk from my car to my office building, even at a leisurely pace, I get winded and sometimes light headed/dizzy. When i go up and down the stairs, forget about it! But, it is supposed to be normal.

has anyone else had heart palpitations?
