What works to keep nausea to a minimum? I feel like I've tried everything!

Wish I knew that answer for that myself. Mine is finally starting to give me a break, which is sooo nice. 5 weeks straight nausea has been plenty for me :?

Eating pretzels and cheez-its helps somewhat, as well as chewing gum. For whatever reason, when I feel most nauseous it helps.

Hang in there, and I hope you find something that works.

Eating small meals multiple times a day to keep belly full but not too full, crackers and bread to help absorb stomach acid, and something that helped for me were seabands. I only took them off when I was bathing they cut all the nausea I had in half!

I found that sucking on jolly ranchers and sour candies really helped. Mine got s bad I was nauseated by the site of saltines! I couldnt even eat them!

It finally went away at about 14-15 weeks. Hang in there.

The sour citrus type candy helps! I had all day sickness with my last pregnancy and I drank lemonade with fresh raspberries in it ALL the time! I also had Preggo pop drops from Babies R Us and they worked great! :)

This pregnancy I used lemon drops - the old fashioned (actually kinda hard to find) lemon drops with the little bit of sugar on them. They definately helped. Last time I had jolly ranchers like they were going out of style.

Nausea is not fun, I had it with my 2 boys. I had to work and throw up in a trash can. NO fun

My Pharmacist suggested B6. She sd that or Seabands seem to do the trick for mild nausea.

Ive tried everything too, lemon, ginger, sea bands, exercise, I eat every few hours. Nothing makes it feel better. I am really for this to be over with. Thankfully I only feel sick late afternoon and evening. I couldn't take it all day long....

Im the same with the late afternoon and evening. The Preggie Pop Drops really seem to be working for me lately. I suck on one will im bed getting ready to fall asleep because my nausea seems worst at that time. It has helped 2 nights in a row. and Ice cold stuff.
