No No's with exercise?

I work out with other pregnant ladies and they are farther along than me. They've been told different things I guess by their OB's. Ex: One told me to stop doing situps at 11 weeks. The other said 14 weeks is fine. I'm stopping now at 9 weeks (why risk it) but I'm wondering what else I'm missing. Some say it's ok to be upside down until 2nd tri, the other said stop now (I did...again why risk it).

All the google answers were do what you were doing before in moderation but don't start anything new but none discuss specific exercises. I got released from my fertility specialist this week and I haven't had my first OB appt to ask so anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
