Ovulation type pulling...normal?

Postby niclet » Thu Aug 27, 2015 7:37 am

I am having weird pulling feelings on the right side, which is the side we conceived on (it is my only tube). It feels like ovulation/cyst type twinges that come and go. On a pain scale of 1-10, they are a 1, just noticeable more than when I feel nothing more than painful really. No spotting, no blood. Are you guys feeling this? Should I be worried? I had 2 ectopics, but both on the left side and that tube is gone now. I had a dye test in July that came out fine, but anxiety makes me freak at every pinch. Thank you!
My DD at 11 weeks 3 Days. I love this US pic!

I had odd pulling/stretching sensations at first that I chalked up to uterus expansion. Everything turned out fine :)

If they don't at least come and go, or if you're still worried, I'd call your doctor for reassurance. But I'm quite certain it's just normal body changes.

I had my U/S last week and everything is in the right place but I have definitely felt more pain on the side I ovulated on. I do think it is just the normal pulling and stretching that is to be expected.

My first few weeks of pregnancy I had pain/pulling pretty intensely at times on one side. I was worried, but tried to remain calm, and when I saw my doc he assured me it was just the corpus luteum working in overtime pumping out hormones for the baby to grow. You'll likely also have AF like cramping, and other strange sensations for a while dear, just a heads up ;) it's all totally normal as long as it's not accompanied by bleeding!

It's definitely totally normal and mine becomes really painful sometimes if I move quickly or sneeze. I believe it's called round ligament pain if you want to Google for more details.
