The affectionately named "honeymoon trimester". Your belly is getting bigger and you start to feel your first baby kicks. Are you having a boy or a girl?

Okay before anyone jumps the gun and says no or how just read my entire story.
Me and my now ex boyfriend fooled around back in July unprotected he pulled out even though he did have some inside me.TMI sorry. But I had what I believed was implantation about 2 weeks later, it was light and brown spotting which i never had before in my entire life so it freaked me out. I had major preggie symptoms so I took a test at what I would have been 5weeks got a bfn. Took 2 tests at 6 bfn also. At about 8-9 week mark my symptoms started going away so I figured maybe it was ovulation? Nothing happened until a few days ago at my 18 week and 4 day mark. I started having nausea, fatigue, bubbles in my tummy, aches, really bad headaches, frequent urination, some constipation, increase discharge thats a milky white color, sore boobs, only one nipple has gotten darker and my other is a little bit darker but not noticeable, i forget things a lot sometimes, and i have had unusually more gas then normal(never had a problem before no diet changes or anything) and my low abdominal in the middle feels like it's stretching/cramping and sometimes it gets very uncomfortable.
My aunt has said i gain some weight (4lbs) and my belly has gotten a little bit 'rounder' like i was pregnant. I am overweight so I know I won't be showing like most thinner people. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was bfn and today bfn. My mom told me that when she was pregnant with me she never got a bfp with urine or blood. So I was thinking maybe I could be the same? I don't have the money to get a blood test they are costly where i live. Should I just ride it out until then or what? I am taking an over the counter prenatal for percaustion so if i am then i will be safe. my calculated due date is May 11th 2014.
Edit- I also feel full in my tummy area and I am always hungry which is very strange. I used the $store tests also.

Have you been menstruating? Just curious, I can't really help but didn't want to read and run. I'd say you should visit a doctor as if if you are pregnant you will need antenatal care if not you may have an STI or something else going on to give you the pregnancy symptoms. Good luck.

I am perfectly clean my ex was tested before anything. I"m really careful about that kind of stuff. I am regular i always have a period every other month my cycle has always been like that since i was 13 and i was never late. My sides around my back are kind of sore today boobies are a bit sorer too. I guess i'll have to call the doctor today and see.

Honestly, it sounds very unlikely that you are pregnant. If the only time you had any sort of unprotected sex was back in July, you would have gotten a positive test sometime between then and now. Your symptoms may be a result of many different things - not just pregnancy. Plus, your time of having sex and what you thought was implantation is not possible. My guess is no, you will need to see a dr in order to get some better answers. Good luck!

I doubt you are pregnant, but you need to see a doctor. If you aren't menstruating and having other strange symptoms, there could be many things that are causing it.

I agree with others that you probably are not pregnant but IMHO, if I were you, I would have called the doctor days ago when I first started having "symptoms". It sounds like there are other underlying issues.

I can't say either way whether I think you're preg or not. Anything is possible and every situation is different. But the best thing to do for yourself is visit a clinic or health center or Planned Parenthood (where you can pay according to your income on a sliding scale) and let them know what's been going on so you can get proper care.
If you are pregnant, it's best to know for sure so you and baby can get the care you need. If you're not preg, are you on any sort of birth control or would you like to be? It might be a good thing to look into, until you're ready to start actively trying to get preg.
Best of luck and keep us posted!

It turned out I was pregnant. I was just what he considered a 'high risk' pregnancy. My HCG level was not enough to detect on a dollar store brand test but it was with a clearblue digital. Weird right? And I actually turned out to be just starting on 23 weeks apparently. Or atleast thats what they estimated at the ultrasound which he said isn't always correct but atleast it's something until my hcg rises which he said it should within january. I'm excited.

Congratulations! Strange about your HCG levels. What would cause that? Is the baby healthy? Were they able to determine gender?

I he said it could be many things. My mum was the same way with me. He said it could be because I'm carrying higher than normal. My uterus is up where normally a woman's is at 32 weeks along. Which was why my upper stomach area was hardening instead of where it normally starts. He couldn't give a clear answer on why. It's a girl and she is perfectly healthy. He said the only problem I might have is that she could be a premie if my level don't go up. So I got my fingers crossed and he gave me a shot that should help bring them up. Blood test was negative I had to confirm through ultrasound.

What was your HCG level? It's hard to imagine that you can fail a blood test at 23 weeks.

Hcg levels start declining in the second and third trimester so I'm curious as to why you're doctor is expecting then to go up.
Here is some info:
HCG levels rise during the first 8 to 10 weeks of pregnancy then decline slowly for the second and third trimesters. The following presents some average expected HCG levels based on time after conception:
First week: 0-50 mIU/ml
1-2 weeks: 40-300 mIU/ml
3-4 weeks: 500-6,000 mIU/ml
1-2 months: 5,000-200,000 mIU/ml
2-3 months: 10,000-100,000 mIU/ml
2nd trimester: 3,000-50,000 mIU/ml
3rd trimester: 1,000-50,000 mIU/ml
Non-pregnant females: < 5.0 mIU/ml
Postmenopausal females: < 9.5 mIU/mlhttp://www.conceivingconcepts.com/learn ... anges.html

Thats what I had thought also. But I'm guessing they're not where they're suppose to be? He dind't go into detail. He said that he doesn't want me to worry about the numbers I chose not to know how high the hcg was because I know I would be a worry wort right not nervous as hell.
