When did ur Hubby feel the baby move?

The affectionately named "honeymoon trimester". Your belly is getting bigger and you start to feel your first baby kicks. Are you having a boy or a girl?

I didn`t feel baby till about 19-20 weeks, it was right around my scan time. It freaked me right out as i had been waiting for it, and panicking that i could not tell what i was feeling. I probably in all honesty felt things, but just could not say that was baby. Hubby felt it very lightly at about 22-23 weeks. That bit came v quickly, i kinda went from not much, to feeling jabs when i placed my hand on tummy. Now i have kicks galore. I think it is diff for everyone but that is what i experienced. Plus i found that when DH put his hand on tummy the baby went silent lol!!!

P.s can`t believe you are 19 weeks now, time is flying : )

Mine started to feel honestly not but a few days after I did and that was around 18 weeks. Very slight but he did. I'm now 22 weeks and as of last night my husband was able to see my stomach move when he kicked. And sometimes though pur boy will stop kicking when he puts his hand on my belly too. I believe he picks and chooses lol. But it may also depend on the way your baby is positioned. As stated above it is different for everyone because I heard many people say that if you are overweight you will not feel it as early as others. I felt it relatively early and I'm a little overweight. My tech was able to prove it at my 18 week scan when he was kicking and I felt it because I was unsure due to what I'd heard. Keep letting him feel when you feel and it will come in time. It's very exciting :)

I felt the kicks get stronger very quickly, and like the poster above you start to see your belly move too, which is kinda freaky!! Also early on i found baby moved just in evening, then the morning started and now i get all day looooong lol. You`ll start to see a little pattern with your bean. About 30mins after you eat is a great time i found, or defo after fizzy or sugary drinks.

My husband and I went on a date to see a movie just this past weekend at the 20 week mark and she gave me a few strong punts so I put his hand on my belly and he was able to feel her kick a few times. It was a great way to celebrate my half way point for sure. Drink or eat something sugary and then sit down and snuggle with your hubby and just give it some time without a lot of pressure or waiting for it to happen and it will happen....

Sorry to just jump in but I am in the boat where I still don't feel anything. When I think its the baby I think its gas. People keep asking if I feel anything yet but I havent. I hope by the 20 wk us I can feel something. I know she's in there going to town since the doppler will pick her up in one spot then another.

Do not worry, i felt baby very late, as mentioned above it was near the 20 week scan date, i panicked at 19 weeks as everyone kept saying have you felt it yet, and i was like er no. I even got checked out as i was soooo worried. The MW put the doppler on my tummy, found the hb and said see there it is, and then can you feel that the baby is kicking, well i couldn`t, then all of a sudden the faintest (and i mean like a feather) tap happened right by the doppler and that was baby!! That was at 19 weeks, and my placenta is at the back, so really no excuse. From there i felt baby everyday, but only in eves, then it got more frequent. We probably do feel it earlier, and maybe on baby 2 i will, but as this is my first i had no clue.

I was the same way, i have a right wriggler who at 12 week scan would not stay still. So i, like you was puzzled, but when you feel it you know, its like your tummy just moves, i think i felt full body moves rather than kicks first, and also my doc said where i was feeling was babies head, so he/she was headbutting me lol. I reckon it was nearer 21 weeks i felt it, and now i just can not stop this little one......honestly super powerful kicks, and when he/she moves/flips...wow that is something else. baby now moves morning, lunch and eve , pretty much all the time.

I can't wait for DH to feel the baby. He will be gone for the next month, so maybe by the time he comes home.

I know this is late but agree with love, my movement feels almost effervescent but I can tell it's baby and not gas because with gas not only to I eventually release but I can usually feel it move upwards toward my stomach or down and to the back, with baby it's in one place.
