Anyone have any good suggestions for a pregnancy workout dvd or pregnancy yoga dvds?? Thanks! ;)

Still sick but trying to be good and go on walks. I would love a good pregnancy yoga dvd for stretches, etc. So happy to finally be in the 2nd trimester though!!

Feeling awesome. Still wouldn't even know I'm pregnant if it wasn't for these ultrasounds and little baby bump!!!

You should preview and test them out through youtube it will give you a good idea of what workouts fit you personally. Have fun! :)

this is my fave because I am a vinyasa girl. Vinyasa is a flow so you move from one position to the next fast. I like it because they have 15 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins, and 75 mins options. When I'm too busy, I pop the 15 mins before I go to bed and I'm still sweating and get a really good workout.

There are some good ones on youtube. I was doing them daily, but I started getting so nauseous and fatigued that I quit. :( I'd like to start back into it but this damn nausea just won't let up!
