What is causing my cramps?

Is this because my uterus is growing?? They don't hurt but it almost feels like light menstrual cramps!

More than likely uterus growing and putting more strain on your ligaments and muscles.

Try to rest a bit more and drink loads (and I mean loads) of water.

I've been having this issue lately - just wonder if the OP ever figured out what was causing the cramping/pains??

My doc said it was definitely the uterus stretching. Speaking from experience, mine tend to be a lot worse when I haven't been drinking enough. The doctor also suggested walking around whenever it happens if it is particularly painful, but that hasn't helped me at all.

I've been too scared to ask my doctor about it for fear that they'd think I'm stupid or obsessing about things. Does make me feel better to know that it's probably just normal uterus stretching and not something serious. I've noticed it hurts more after I've eaten a meal - I constantly drink water so I'm pretty hydrated most of the time. Walking around...seriously 8O OMG I just want to lay down when it hurts - it's similar to AF cramp type pains. (slight different pain, but similarly painful)

I have been having this the last week as well. Sometimes it gets so bad only extra strength Tylenol and a warm bath helps!

Water, bedrest and mild exercise will definitely help with the cramping! I've had them for weeks and each time I would just drink a liter of water, walk 1-2 miles until I need to pee and then lounge on the sofa listening to peaceful music for an hour or so.
