You should be completely fine. From what I've read, eating spices in normal amounts (like in a soup or pasta) is completely fine, but Herbal supplements and teas containing uterine stimulants should be avoided. So as long as you aren't just downing thyme likes its going out style, it shouldn't be dangerous.
If it makes you feel better, I made slow cooker french onion soup (with a decent amount of thyme) two weeks ago and ate a bowl here of there. If anything bad were to happen it would have been awhile ago, me and belly are doing great
