I keep getting HUGE globs of thick creamy but yet stretchy discharge. I get really crampy then i will lose huge globs of it.

I always thought your mucus plug looked like stretchy thick snot?

Yep, that could still be it.

It can regenerate, though, so don't worry if you're not ready to go into labour!

Thanks! I know it can grow back, but i always thought mucus plug was really thick kinda like EWCM. Never had this creamy thick stretchy stuff before 8O

Mine looked like I blew my nose when I was really stuffed up-- a HUGE gob of clearish snot. And it had streaks of blood in it. I lost it around 32 or 33 weeks, though, so I'm guess that mine grew back.

Mine looked like a huge glob of red and white jelly stuff (gross) but I had my membranes sweeped so that may be why mine had more blood in it.

I only saw a couple small pieces of mine, but they were opaque and pretty firm.

Yellowish clear and thick. I had chunks of it come out the morning I went into labor, with a tiny bit of blood. Yeah, gross

Simon, born Mar 23rd, 2013 @ 39 weeks, 3 days. 8 lbs 4 oz. Our first home birth!!
