Baby Names

What is everyone naming their babies or what names do you like? I'm having a girl and we like Addison, Saige, Bella or Ellia but those names look like they are popular except Saige. I don't want a name that eveyone else has...

We are pretty certain that our little girl will be Ava Mae. Ava is on the "popular name" list, but we don't know of a single one around here!

I have two friends with little girls named Sage. :)

My husbands cousin was going to name her little girl Addison Lynn, and I told her about an aquaintance of mine with a little girl named Adalyn, so now she's going with Adalyn Marie. Cute.

Other names on our list were Brynleigh, Ella, Kyleigh, and Laynie.

I say pick what feels best to you and don't worry about popularity and such.

That's really pretty! I think I've seen it before in a baby name list, but I've never seen it on a real person (and I see lots of baby names being that I work at a hospital).

I'm really liking A names for some reason. Our current front runner is Adalay or Adalai, not sure on spelling just yet. We had been thinking Kjirsten for the middle name (also my middle name), but DH is thinking maybe using his sister's first name as the middle name since she kind of inspired us to have kids (I used to say no way not happening ever, but seeing her pregnant & then labor, I changed my mind, lol). Or we may pick something entirely different too.
Recently had our first child and have been married since October 6, 2006. I'm 27 and DH 29.

First pregnancy chemical, January 31, 2013.

Got our BFP on March 6, 2013. EDC November 11. Born November 11, 2013!

I like everyone's names they have picked. Girls names for us were so much easier. When picking our girls' names we would yell across the room like they were older and in trouble...lol. We used one name for a few days doing this then moved to the next. We have Ellie and Molly. We are due 10/26 with a boy and are going thru this process right now trying to figure out a name. For boy names we have Cole, Collin and Preston. Middle name will be Montgomery. Good luck everyone. Not much longer.
