Sore Arms?

Postby Rosiegirl » Fri Apr 04, 2014 7:56 pm

Hi, ladies.
First, I gotta say I love, love, love my baby boy and I'm totally obsessed with him!
Now on to the whining... For the last couple weeks, I've had really sore arms on and off, but especially in the morning. It's like a struggle to lift them up to my work computer, but it does go away after a while. Sometimes it happens after a shower at night. Has anyone else had/heard of this and if so, what the heck is it?

This is my 4th pregnancy and I started to get pain in my hands, joints as well as in my lower arms. Its Carpel Tunnel. Try elevating your feet at bedtime, above your heart. I found by the second day of sleeping like this, the pain went away or atleast got better.

hugs. we're almost there!
