am i the only one having a hard time recovering? i took every pain med I could get at the hospital. I took every pain med they gave me to take home. i was taking and needing 800mg motrin regularly for probably 4 weeks pp and now I still take it every now and then because i'm still very tender.

try walking alot. get up amd move around it makes your recovery quick. but don't over do it. i liked to go to the mall and look around, that was my exercise. i have been moving around since they took the the catheter out. and get a support girdle with out wirers and it helps with the swelling. sleep and water and an occasional motrin
