i have been doing kegles but still seem pee a little all the time. if my bladder is full i'll leak even when i walk. since labor it has gotten better but still happens. sit ups aren't an option.. lol

is there hope?

There is hope yes. I still wear a thin panty liner size poise pad every day and every night. But it is getting better. I do kegals all the time and notice a difference.

It just takes time.

yeah, i've had three vaginal births and i'm fine after 2 1/2 months.....my bigger problem is this feeling while af is here that my tampon is falling out :oops: i've gotta do more kegals! :lol:

i am so paranoid about this no peeing for me but im scared that it wont be normal again. i do the kegals but i just ordered an electronic one its called the kegal 8 aka the lazy option :oops: . ill let you know how it goes

I am HORRIBLE about doing Kegals. I actually hate doing them! So, that said, I would leak pee every time I sneezed until DD was about 13 months old. It hasn't happened since! I bet if you do your Kegals you will be leak free in no time. ;)

I did them the whole pregnancy and even after. Im almost a month pp and I still have some leak issues. I wear a liner due to it, but I remember after my 2nd I had it until around 2 mos. Im hoping as this is baby 3 vaginal birth it will end at 2 mos too.
