Well with my PP bleeding it started to just spot and it wasnt red anymore then suddenly it turned bright red after i would wipe which was around 5/6weeks pp. So i new it was my AF.

Yeah that sounds like this. I had pp bleeding (duh, lol) then it turned to spotting, then pretty much stopped all together but I would get some spotting every few days (not red) and then Monday afternoon I started spotting but its bright red, I don't need a pad or anything but I thought it might be AF.

So on one hand I am happy b/c I didn't have AF for 3 years before DH and I started TTC but on the other hand I thought bf was supposed to keep that from happening so I guessss not. I'm still trying to get in the hang of taking mini pill at the same time every day and I reckon I better get it down before we ... if AF is back 8O

I'm almost 6 weeks PP and I'm still getting some random spotting...very annoying. Definitely not AF, though...

Sounds like mine.I had PPAF for 9.5 weeks, mainly just spotting after the 5th week, and around the 9th week I had bright red spotting that just lasted about a day.It was not a real AF for me.I didn't get my first real AF until my LO was 16 months old.Since normal PP bleeding can continue up to 10 weeks it's defintely possible that it is still just PP bleeding and not a real AF.

Depends. Are you breastfeeding? If the answer is no, af can come back that quickly....if you are ebf it is doubtful.
