getting things going...

Fourth you ask? Your body is still full of pregnancy hormones as you adjust to life sleep-deprived with your new baby outside your womb.

The day I went into labor, DH and I had sex then went for a vigorous 45 minute walk in the morning. My midwife swept my membranes at 1:30 in the afternoon and then I went on the breast pump for an hour. I was in labor by 1:45 pm :)

Well my water had broken already a couple days before, so it might have been coincidence. But I did lots of walking, breastpump, sitting on my exercise ball, and then spicy pasta. My midwife said to get good lasting contractions to pump at least 20 minutes.
Recently had our first child and have been married since October 6, 2006. I'm 27 and DH 29.

First pregnancy chemical, January 31, 2013.

Got our BFP on March 6, 2013. EDC November 11. Born November 11, 2013!
