My little girl was born almost 3 weeks ago. I've pretty much lost my belly completely. It's smaller than before I got pregnant! I think that it's because I had gestational diabetes and I was really careful about what I ate and I didn't eat for two people. I am really excited that all the weight just dropped off!

I really want to get back to doing pilates and aerobics but I don't want to get back into these too soon. How long should I wait before I begin again? I had a vaginal delivery and a second degree tear, but am not having any pain at all.
