I nurse to sleep for her naps, then at be time I nurse & rock her afterwords and she sleeps from 11-6.

Occasionally if she's still awake after nursing during the day, I'll bounce with her on an exercise ball & she falls asleep.

My babies always go down awake, nap or night. They started STTN at 2 and 2 1/2 mos old. We give them their last bottle, burp, put on sleep sacks, say goodnight, get rocked and read 2 books in the rocking chair in the nursery, put down, pacies, heads rubbed, and turn on a music box, light off, and walk out of the room. Occasionally we have to go back in to give a paci, but not usually. Naptimes are the same, but no sleepsacks or bottles immediately beforehand. Instead, I pick them both up and start talking about taking a nap, the same way everytime...the rest is the same.
