Don't worry! We mentioned this at DS's 9mo appt and the Pedi said he's not concerned at all about crawling as long as LO is progressing in other areas. DS started crawling shortly after that, though, when he was almost 10mo!

HTH!

My LO just turned 10 months and just within the last week started crawling.. don't worry there isn't a "set" time for babies' to crawl!

Morgan: almost the end of her 7th month
Leo: the first week of the 7th month

However, neither of my kids have crawled "normally" at first! Morgan crawled backwards for a month, and Leo is STILL doing the army crawl/fish flop!

Depends on your definition of crawling. Getting from A to B = 4/5 months. Proper hands and knees crawling = 6 months. She`s getting faster every day.
They all develop at different rates though of course and some skip crawling altogether, so I wouldn`t worry. Actually I`d be glad of the rest now! lol. Can`t leave her for a second.

My oldest DSS didn't crawl before walking. At my DD's pedi appointment yesterday, she 'unofficially' told me that it's OK if they don't crawl before going to walking.

Grace still doesn't crawl. She will scoot around to get a toy if she wants it. She also gets on all fours but has yet to actually move forward. ;)
