I know this is an old post, but did you ever see an improvement? It really depends on the type of formula you're using. Could your baby be allergic to other stuff as well?? My daughter was intolerant to milk for sure. I had to cut out ALL dairy from my diet. (bfing). It didn't help. I ended up cutting out gluten, soy, nuts, eggs. Still not better. We tried a corn based formula. She screamed bloody murder for HOURS on end. I cut corn from my diet. At 6 months, I gave her rice to try for the first time. Her reflux was SO bad. Apparently, she had issues with rice as well. Once I cut rice and black beans from my diet (as well as all the other stuff), her bloody stools stopped, her reflux improved (but didn't go away completely) It is SOOO tough when your child has food allergies. I think you mentioned one time that you used soy formula for your other child. It is VERY common for children to have soy and milk intolerances/allergies. If you're using soy, you may want to look into a soy issue as well. Either way, I hope your baby starts feeling better soon!! (Or is already feeling better!)
