Leaky Diapers

Postby MominMD » Wed Dec 07, 2011 10:07 am

One of my 4 month old twins is a super pee-er. He leaks through his diaper during naps, and overnight. We bought overnight diapers, they do not help. We tried rubber pants over the diaper, he still leaks. Someone suggested a cloth diaper cover over the sposie. We may try that next.

Huggies overnights were a Godsend for my older son, but they don't work for Henry. Any ideas?

Hey!!!!!!!

Try the Fisher Price night time diapers. I had the same issue with the twins and NOTHING worked. I haven't had a leak once since I switched and they have been in the FP diapers for 1.5 years now!

Give it a try?

Hey Robyn, I will have to try those. This is just frustrating. Griffin is a very light pee-er in comparison. Henry just eats a TON!!!!!!!!

Yeah, Libby used to have these huge blow outs that honestly led me to pack at least 2 extra outfits on outings. And both of the twins are big wetters which drove me crazy! I would have to change their sheets on a daily basis it got so bad.

Hopefully they solve your problem like it did mine!

You might not want to try cloth, but I have had little leaking and no blowouts with cloth. My son doesn't pee as heavily as yours, though. He did eat a ton!

I have the same problem with leak outs except its always with poopy diapers. I am EBFing and all her poopies are pretty runny which may have something to do with the leak outs. I have used huggies which I hate, pampers work some but still have issues and now I am on parents choice from walmart and am still having issues. I just wish I could also find a brand of diapers that work good. I never had this problem with my son but he didnt poop like she does, lol.
