Finding a quality vitamin

Postby babyhelstrup » Sun Nov 06, 2011 2:25 pm

There are so many out there. And I know from working at a DC office that not all vit's are created equeally. That some manufactures will use the different part of a plant to get a better profit. I am looking for a quality vit for my LO and older son ( 21 m and 12 yrs) I know I can go to a Vit store or GNC or even costco or the local store. But how can i determine if it is actually quality... The one that my DH bought was from Costo and I looked and it is covered in "sugar" for better tasting.. I personally dont think that a "good" vit shold have sugar....
